2004 Johannes Führer Münchner Orgelbau  enlargement

  • In 1907 Albert Keates built a two-manual organ with 22 stops for the Methodist Church in Leeds. The instrument was preserved without modifications. However, when the church closed, it became redundant.
  • It was restored in 2004 by Johannes Führer and relocated to the Sankt Wolfgangkirche in Munich-Haidhausen. By them, it was expanded with a third manual (Choir) and six stops, all in the style of Keats. Consultant was Karl Maureen. On November 20, 2004, the organ was dedicated in Munich. During the service, the instrument was played by Chris Tambling. After this, a special organ night was organized with concerts by Karl Maureen, Chris Tambling and Stefan Ludwig.
