Arlöv's neo-Gothic church was inaugurated on April 8, 1900. The building was designed by Alfred Arwidius, an architect from Malmö. In 1901 the Setterquist firm completed an organ for the church with seventeen stops, two manuals, pedal and pneumatic cone chests. This instrument was demolished in 1967 and replaced by a new organ from the company J.A. Zachariassen. However, in 1996 this organ turned out to be in such a bad condition that it was decided not to restore it, but to replace it. Plans to build a new organ using Setterquist material from 1906, from Motala, were cancelled. In 2004/2005 Åkerman & Lund completed a new three-manual organ, designed in a romantic style. However, the third manual has not yet been installed.
