The Wech firm built a new organ for the Cathedral of the Epiphany in Sioux City in 2006/2007. The organ case is taken over from the previous organ and dates from the end of the nineteenth century. The instrument was put into service on May 27, 2007 with a recital by Matthew J. Geerlings.
