In 2008 werd bij Latymer School een nieuw gebouw opgetrokken, bedoeld voor uitvoerende kunsten. In het gebouw is een kleine concertzaal gerealiseerd. In april 2009 plaatste Kenneth Tickell hier een nieuw orgel met vijftien stemmen.
