Johann Michael Kändtel built in 1725 for the church in Bellheim. In 1826 it was transferred to the Sankt Jakobskirche in Fußgönheim. The organ was converted in 1889 by the company Rees & Co. from Speyer. In 1977, Hugo Mayer restored the instrument and expanded it with a second manual.
