Rond 1859 plaatste William Hill een nieuw orgel in Saint John's Church in Islington. Het instrument werd in 1873 overgeplaatst in de kathedraal van Arundel. Om het daar te plaatsen werd de kas enigszins gewijzigd. Het orgel staat aan de westzijde van de kerk opgesteld bij het grote roosvenster. Op 1 juli 1873 werd het officieel ingewijd. In 2006 is het gerestaureerd door David Wells.
