In the First Baptist Church, 649 Center Street in Jamaica Plain, there was an organ by E. & G.G. Hook from 1859 with 26 stops on three manuals and pedal. The organ was preserved in good condition. A restoration was carried out in or around 19667. The instrument was lost by a fire on January 18, 2005.
