2003 Francesco Zanin  new organ in old case

In 2003, the Zanin company built a new organ for the parish church in Puch bei Weiz. It was dedicated on August 24, 2003 with a festive church service, followed by a concert by Lorenzo Manzona. The organ replaced an instrument by Matthäus Mauracher from 1906. The organ case was designed in classical style by Karl Ilzer, partly taking over the facade of Mauracher. The instrument itself is inspired by 18th century Italian organ construction, especially the work of Gaetano Callido.
