The organ contains older material: Organ case from 1902 by Gebrüder Rieger
Het orgel van de Franciscanenkerk in Pest is in 1991 gebouwd door de orgelmaker Aquincum. De kas, die door hen enigszins werd gewijzigd, dateert uit 1902 en is gemaakt door de firma Rieger. Zij breidden het orgel in 1926 uit met een derde manuaal, waarna het 54 stemmen had. In 1949 is het rugpositief toegevoegd, eveneens door Rieger. Het orgel had nu vier manualen en 63 stemmen. Bij de nieuwbouw in 1991 is ook veel pijpwerk overgenomen uit het oude orgel.
