The organ in Harrow School Chapel was built in 1921 by the firm of Walker & Sons. The organ case is a design by Charles Nicholson. In 1980 the organ was renovated by Walker. John Broadway restored the instrument in the years 1993-1996. The disposition has also been modified. He replaced the Swell Aeoline 8' with a Fifteenth 2', and the Horn 8' with a Trumpet 8'. On the Choir Organ, the Dulciana 8' was replaced by a Nazard 2 2/3'. He made a transmission of the Trumpet from Great to Choir. The pedal was expanded with an electronic Contra Bombarde 32'. In 1996-97, John Broadway added a Scharp Mixture to Great.
