  • The current organ of the Oswaldkirche in Weilimdorf was originally built by Johann Sigmund Haußdörfer in 1761-1762 on a gallery in the choir of the church. In 1937 this gallery was demolished. The organ was rebuilt by Link Orgelbau, using the organ cases and a small part of the ranks. The Link-organ had fifteen stops.
  • In 1954 the firm Weigle Orgelbau built a new organ in the old cases. The organ had 21 stops. The new prospect was designed by Walter Supper, using parts of the historical facade. Consultants were Walter Lutz and Gotthold Krämer, organist of the church. Where possible material from the former organ of the church has been used. The organ was dedicated on November 28, 1954. The new stop action was electric, with three free combinations.
  • In 2006-2007 a renovation of the organ was carried out by Mühleisen Orgelbau. The stop list was modified, the voicing renewed and the action was improved. On February 3rd, 2007 the instrument was taken into use again.
