In 1851 Ladegast built an organ for the Propsteikirche in Lissen. Some ranks from the previous organ of the church were adopted, as well as a large part of the organ case. Except for the prospect pipes, which were requisitioned in 1917, the organ has been preserved in its original condition. An overhaul was carried out in 2008.
