Mamert Hock built an organ for the parish church of Merzig-Büdingen according to a contract dated September 12, 1923. When it was completed in 1924, a Quinte had been placed as an extra stop. The console was turned 90 degrees in 1953, and was placed in front of the middle of the organ during a renovation by Hugo Mayer in 1962. In 1997 the organ was restored by Walcker-Mayer. Major maintenance was carried out in 2006 by Dietmar Schömer.
