- Johann Anton Breil built a new organ for the Dominican Sisters in Regensburg in 1855. He constructed a new organ case in gothic revival style, that did not match the rococo style of the church. In 1900, a new organ was built by Binder & Siemann. From Breil, they only took over the prospect pipes, that were installed in a new organ case in rococo style. But the pipes were not made speaking. This organ had fifteen stops. It was overhauled by Eduard Hirnschrodt in 1946.
- In 1978, the company Georg Jann completed a new organ with mechanical action and slider chests for the church. The organ case from 1900 was re-used, and the prospect pipes of Breil were now connected to the Octavbaß of the pedal.
