Het huidige orgel van de kerk van Saint Mary Magdalene in Oxford is in gebruik genomen op 23 maart 2003. Het werd gebouwd door Matthew Copley. Het orgel verving een groter instrument van de firma Jardine uit 1962. Bij de bouw van het nieuwe orgel is de kas zo ontworpen dat het venster aan de westzijde van de kerk zichtbaar is gebleven.
