Het orgel in de kerk van Ruše is in 1755 gebouwd door Janez Francišek. Opvallend aan het orgel zijn het acht-voets front en de vrijstaande speeltafel. Het is in de originele staat bewaard gebleven. Eind negentiende eeuw is er enkel een Salicionaal op het manuaal geplaatst. In 1994 voerde Hoce Skofijska een restauratie uit.
