Description nr.: 2016073.

Built by: Johann Pieringer (2006)

The parish church of Matzleinsdorf has been expanded in recent years with an extension designed by Richard Zeitlhuber. Because the existing organ was too small for the new church space, it was decided to have a new organ built. Michael Kitzinger designed the front. Johann Pieringer was commissioned to build the organ in the spring of 2004. Michael Kitzinger, cathedral organist in Sankt Pölten, was consultant during construction of the organ. The instrument was inaugurated on Sunday, September 3, 2006. Michael Kitzinger gave a first concert on the organ in the afternoon.
