  • In the church of Schönfeld stands an old organ, dating from the first half of the 18th century. The builder is unknown. It is a small instrument with four stops and pulldown pedals. The organ was originally located in the church of Nechlin. This church was redecorated after a fire in 1730, so it's very likely that the organ was build in that time. The organ was transfered to Schönfeld between 1873 and 1895. At this time the Gedackt 8' was renewed. Two slides are empty.
  • Ulrich Fahlberg removed the organ from the church in 1975. He installed it temporarily in the Peter-und-Paul-Kirche in Wusterhausen. In 1993 it returned to Schönfeld by Fahlberg. He renewed all the pipes by this occasion, except for the Gedackt. So all pipes are newer than the organ case and mechanics since then.
