In 1865 leverde George Holdich een nieuw orgel aan de kerk van Saint Andrew in Sonning. Mogelijk bevat het pijpwerk van een ouder Holdich-orgel uit 1842. Het orgel is in 1898 door Beale & Thynne omgebouwd naar pneumatische tractuur en uitgebreid. Tevens werd het verplaatst naar de Lady Chapel van de kerk. In 2001 voerde de firma Walker & Sons een restauratie uit.
