Tijdens de bouw van de kerk van Saint Silas the Martyr in London-Kentish Town, bouwde de firma Bishop & Son een nieuw pijporgel voor de kerk. In 1915 zijn kerk en orgel in gebruik genomen. Het orgel raakte eind twintigste eeuw in verval. Er werd besloten het niet meer op te knappen. Men schaftte in 1994 een drieklaviers electronisch orgel aan van de firma Copeman Hart en liet de luidsprekers achter het front van Bishop plaatsen. Delen van het pijpwerk en de tractuur van Bishop zijn nog wel aanwezig.
