Rond 1810 werd in de voormalige Stiftskirche te Neunkirchen am Brand een nieuw tweeklaviers orgel geplaatst. Het binnenwerk is in 1885 vervangen door een nieuw instrument van de firma Steinmeyer. In 2011/2012 voerde de firma Klais een restauratie uit. Eind oktober 2012 is het orgel weer in gebruik genomen.
