Het orgel in Saint Giles gaat terug op William Hill & Sons, die in 1875 een drieklaviers orgel bouwden. Adviseur bij de bouw was Walter Parratt, organist van Magdalen College en van Saint Giles' Church. Het instrument is in 1891 herbouwd door Gray & Davison, die zestien stemmen van Hill overnamen. In 1951 is het orgel door Hill, Norman & Beard verplaatst van de oostzijde de zuidelijke zijbeuk naar de westzijde van de kerk. In 1981 herbouwde de firma Nicholson het orgel met electro-pneumatische tractuur, een nieuwe speeltafel en verschillende dispositiewijzigingen.
