Het orgel van Balliol College werd in 1937 gebouwd door Harrison & Harrison. De klassiek vormgegeven kas is een ontwerp van Walter Tapper. Opvallend zijn de fraai beschilderde pijpen in de torens. Het orgel verving een instrument van John Nicholson uit 1874, dat in 1886 door Willis was uitgebreid. In 1992 voerde Harrison & Harrison een restauratie uit.
