Jens Alexander Zachariassen built an organ for Vähäkyrö Kirkko in 1878. Only the front of this instrument remains, and a small part of the pipework. In 1999 Martti Porthan built a new organ in the Zachariassen style in the old case. Consultant was Pentti Pelto. The organ was inaugurated on January 23, 2000.
