  • Friedrich Meier built a choir organ for the Church of the Assumption in Deggendorf in 1967, followed by a main organ that was completed in 1970. The main organ had a four-keyboard console. The choir organ could be played from the fourth manual. The organ prospect was built in 1749 by Johann Konrad Brandenstein. In 1886 Franz Borgias März built a new organ in this organ case. This instrument was replaced in 1970 by the Meier organ. And this organ was in turn demolished in 2018.
  • In 2018-2019, the company Vleugels built a completely new organ in the old cases. It was dedicated on May 30, 2019, Ascension Day. Vleugels also built a new organ on the choir of the church. The dedication concert was given by Gerhard Siegl.
