- The Protestant Church in Gimsbach houses a historic organ since 1995. It was originally built for the Sankt Bartholomäuskirche in Ingenheim in the Südliche Weinstraße. It was built by Johann Michael Stiehr in 1779, although it is also attributed to Johann Conrad Göbel, built in 1765 (Bonkhoff 2012). The instrument was renovated in 1802 by Franz Seuffert and a new bellows was installed in 1807 by Wendelin Ubhaus. The organ was transferred to a new church building by Franz Xaver Christ in 1902. The organ was much too small for this church. It was modified in 1907 by Franz Kämmerer.
- Because the organ was too small, a new and larger organ was built in 1994 by Gerhard Kuhn. The old organ was reconstructed by Martin Vier to its original state and was inaugurated in Gimsbach in 1995. The pedal key of Cis is connected to the key of c°.
