Andries Jacob Berger built an organ for the Beguinage Church in Bruges in 1754. It was modified in the nineteenth century by Louis-Benoit Hooghuys, and in the first half of the twentieth century by Jules Anneessens. On the windchest there is an empty place for a Cornet, which has disappeared over time. The Montre and Viola de Gamba are by Hooghuys. The pedal was probably added by Anneessens. The pipework of the pedal stands on a chest against the back wall of the rood screen, separate from the rest of the organ.
