In 1993 brandde de Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Portland grotendeels uit. Het orgel ging hierbij verloren. Na restauratie van de kerk bouwde Richard Bond in 1996 een nieuw orgel. Hierbij gebruikte hij voor zestien registers pijpwerk van John Bergstrom uit 1880, afkomstig van het gesloopte orgel van de First Methodist Church in Portland.
