  • In 1912 schonk Cyrus Curtis geld aan de stad Portland, Maine, voor de bouw van een groot concertorgel ter nagedachtenis aan Herman Kotzschmar. Het orgel was het eerste stedelijke orgel dat gebouwd werd in de Verenigde Staten. In 1927 is het Swell uitgebreid. Er is op de console ook ruimte gereserveerd voor een Positive met 16 stemmen, dat echter nooit werd gerealiseerd.
  • Het orgel is in 2014 gerestaureerd. Op 27 september 2014 werd het weer in gebruik genomen.
