Under the direction of Jürgen-Peter Schindler, Otto Hoffmann built a new organ in 1990 in the Johanneskirche in Lauf a/d Pegnitz. The main work's case was built in the years 1666/1667 by Christoph Rappold. In 1700 Johann Adam Brandenstein expanded the organ with a Rückpositiv.
