- Caspar König built a new organ for the abbey church of Niederaltaich in 1727. The original specification had 27 stops on two manuals and pedal. The organ was restored several times: in 1782 by Johann Schweinacher, in 1805 by Johann Alois Piersch, in 1813 by Adam Ehrlich, in 1874 by Martin Heichenberger and in 1889 and 1905 by Ludwig Edenhofer sr. and jr.
- In 1927 Michael Weise built a three manual pneumatic organ with 50 stops for the church. Only the prospect of the König organ has been preserved.
- The Weise organ was replaced in 1985 by the current one, built by Georg Jann with four manuals and 48 stops.
