- In the years 1759-1761 Alexander Holzhey and Joseph Antoni Simnacher from Tussenhausen built a new organ for the Stiftskirche in Neustift near Brixen. The instrument was constructed in two cases, on the epistle and the gospel side of the choir.
- Only the cases with the prospect pipes remain of this organ. Anton Behmann built a new romantic organ in 1889. This instrument was replaced in 2013-2014 by a new organ of Metzler. The Hauptwerk and most of the Pedal are installed in the organ case on the epistle side. Positiv, Brustwerk and the pedal reeds are installed on the gospel side.
