• On the advice of Karl Koch, the organist of the Domkirche in Innsbruck, the company Gebr. Rieger built a large new organ for the church in 1931, replacing the previous Franz Reinisch organ from 1892 (that was relocated to the Höttinger Pfarrkirche). The instrument consisted of a main organ and a Fernwerk, which was played from a four-manual console on the organ gallery. It was built by Rieger as opus 2500. It was inaugurated on November 17, 1931, with Karl Koch and Karl Walter playing the instrument. The organ was damaged by a bomb in 1944. Johann Pirchner restored the organ hereafter. The Fernwerk had to be largely newly built. In 1979 Heintze from Nuremberg carried out an overhaul.
  
• At the end of the nineties it was decided to have a new organ built. The old organ was sold to the parish church of Wien-Breitenfeld. But the Fernwerk remained behind in Innsbruck and was given its own console, so that it could be used as a choir organ. In Breitenfeld the organ was rebuilt by Peter Kraus. Due to the limited space, the technical installation had to be largely new. Windchests, console and pipework were almost entirely taken over from the Rieger organ. A special feature is that the bellows, which are installed in the tower room of the church, are remains of the first organ of the church, built in 1898 by Matthäus Mauracher & Söhne. The associated organ was lost in 1944 due to war.
  
• Because the Fernwerk in Innsbruck had been left behind, Kraus built a new Fernwerk in Breitenfeld in 2009-2010, which is installed as a choir organ. It also has its own console. The temperament of the new Fernwerk is Werckmeister III, while the organ is furthermore tuned to in an equal temperament. The choir organ/Fernwerk was dedicated on November 6, 2010.
