The organ in the Sankt Sebastianskirche in Amelsbüren was built in 1724, but the maker is unknown. It probably originally had nine registers. The organ was renovated in 1898. In 1945 a new organ was placed in the old case. This was replaced in 1982 by a new mechanical organ from Fleiter Orgelbau.
