Het orgel bevat ouder materiaal: Front uit 1906 van Johannes Jahn
Johannes Jahn built a new organ in 1906 for the Sankt Jakobus Church in Pesterwitz, with 24 stops and pneumatic cone chests. In 1993 a new organ was placed in the case of Jahn by Georg Wünning. This mechanical organ was inaugurated on December 12, 1993, the third Sunday of Advent.
