In 1760 bouwde Andreas Fux een nieuw orgel voor de parochiekerk van Gundelfingen. In 1887 plaatste Steinmeyer een nieuw binnenwerk achter het oude front. Een groot deel van het oude pijpwerk werd hierbij opnieuw gebruikt. In 1943 breidde Steinmeyer het orgel uit. Het orgel werd in 1984 gerestaureerd door Adolf Sandtner. In 1998 voltooide de firma Rieger een nieuw drieklaviers orgel achter het front.
