The Rieger firm built a new organ for the Sankt Moritzkirche in Augsburg in the years 1969-1973. It is a four-manual organ with fifty stops. In 2013 it was restored by Orgelbau Kuhn AG. It has been re-voiced. The interior of the church has been restyled in 2008. The original color of the organ case was mid oak, but it was repainted in a dark brown color during the restyling.
