The current church of Dörsdorf in Rheinland-Pfalz was consecrated in 1750. The organ was built in 1766 by Johann Wilhelm Schöler. It remained in use for a long time without modifications. In 1917 the prospect pipes were removed for war purposes. The Eichhorn company replaced these in 1931 with zinc pipes. In 1917 this firm had already added a new Hohlflöte 8' to the organ. Some modifications were carried out during an overhaul by Katzer in 1953. In 1966 the organ was completely restored by the Oberlinger company. A new restoration was carried out by Walcker in 1996.
