In 1858, Josef Aigner from Schwaz built a new organ for the Sankt Michaelskirche in Brixen (Bressanone) in the organ case of Egedacher from the years 1740-1741. Franz Reinisch (jr.) altered the disposition in 1890. During a restoration in 1984 by Reinisch, Pirchner & Co. those modifications were undone and the prospect pipes were also renewed.
