De kerk van Saint Leonard in Colchester-Hythe is sinds 1983 gesloten. Het gebouw is echter blijven staan en in 1995 was ook het orgel nog aanwezig. Het instrument is gebouwd voor 1870, en werd in 1871 door Henry Jones uitgebreid met een zwelwerk. In 1908 bouwde de firma Walker het volledig om. De toetstractuur van Swell en Pedal werd hierbij pneumatisch en de manuaalomvang werd uitgebreid tot a'''. In 1979 is het orgel gereviseerd door Kenneth Canter. Hierbij is de Dulciana 8' van Great vervangen door een Spitz Quint 1 1/3'.
