- In 2003 Klais built a new main organ for the Sankt Peterkirche in Munich. The organ was dedicated on November 22, 2003. Consultant was Karl Maureen, who also played the inaugurational concert on November 23, 2003.
- In 2011 the instrument was expanded with a Fernwerk, which can be played as an independent choir organ, but also from every manual of the main organ.
