- In 1726, Stephan and Margaretha Esther Hoffmann, millers in Zirndorf, donated a new organ to the Sankt Rochuskirche, which was built by the local organ builder Johann Ulrich. The interior of the organ case was replaced in 1900-1904 by a pneumatic instrument from the firm Steinmeyer (opus 813) with two manuals, an independent pedal and 26 stops.
- In 1973 again a new interior was placed in the old organ case, with slider chest. This organ was also built by Steinmeyer as opus 2275.
- Originally a Rauschharfe 2 fach (4'+ 2 2/3') was present on the Hauptwerk. This stop was later replaced by a Rohrflöte 4' (or the 2 2/3' chorus has been removed). In 2005 the organ was overhauled by Benedikt Friedrich.
