- The organ of the Sint Annakerk in Hamme was built in 1753 by Pieter Van Peteghem in an organ case from 1726. This case was made by Joseph Bader. When the organ was built by Van Peteghem, the organ case was made higher. The old church was replaced by a new building in the years 1875-1878, while retaining the old tower from 1423. The new church was designed by Beert-Campens and was dedicated on June 17, 1878. Charles Anneessens transferred the organ to the new church.
- The organ was modified in 1891 by Pieter Vergaert-Gulinck. It was removed from the balustrade and placed backside of the organ loft. He also installed a new freestanding console. Hardly anything was modified to the stop list.
- In the years 1992-1995 the organ was restored by the companies Pels-D'Hondt and Nagels-Nys and returned to its original state. It has also been relocated to its original position in the balustrade. On June 9, 1995, the reborn organ was put into use again.
