- In 1863 plaatste de firma Hook een drieklaviers orgel in in de jaren 1858-1861 gebouwde de Immaculate Conception Church in Boston South End. Het instrument is in 1902 door Hook & Hastings omgebouwd naar pneumatische tractuur en voorzien van een vierde divisie. In 1959 werd het door dezelfde firma gerestaureerd en is de tractuur geëlectrificeerd. De kerk werd bediend door paters Jezuïeten.
- Het kerkgebouw is in 2007 gesloten. In 2016 is een ombouw tot appartementen gestart met behoud van de uiterlijke structuur. Het is niet bekend wat er met het orgel is gebeurd.
