The organ in the Protestant Church of Bornheim church was built in 1743 by the brothers Johann Philipp and Johann Heinrich Stumm. The organ is in altered in 1922 by Joseph Poppe. The Trumpet 8' and the Salicional 2' were replaced by two string stops. The treble of the Octav 2' was also renewed. The front was painted in a different color in 1977. Andreas Ott restored the organ in 1980/1981. The original stops were reconstructed and the Octav 2' was restored in the Stumm style. The attached pedal has a permanently speaking Subbass, which is positioned behind the organ.
