- In 1724 Louis De la Haye built a new organ for the church of Kaprijke. The instrument was rebuilt in 1763 by Gebr. De Rijckere. In 1860 Louis Hooghuys built a new organ in the old case, using some old pipework. Finally Oscar Anneessens expanded it in 1934.
- There are plans for a restoration and reconstruction of the organ to the condition of 1860 (2011).
