De firma Rieger bouwde in 2000 een nieuw orgel voor de Stadtpfarrkirche in Kulmbach. Adviseurs bij de bouw waren Gerd Wachowski als orgeldeskundige en Ingo Hahn als cantor-organist. Op 17 december 2000 is het orgel in gebruik genomen.
