Built by: Georg Friedrich Schmahl (1743)
The organ was originally built by Georg Friedrich Schmahl in the years 1741-1743 for the Sankt Albanskirche in Laichingen. In 1851 Johann Heinrich Schaefer built a new organ for this church. He took over Schmahl's instrument. In 1869 he installed it in the church of Stein am Rhein. It has been in the Evangelical Church in Sitzberg since 1897. In the years 1958-1961 it was restored and enlarged by Metzler.
