Built by: Orgelbau Kuhn AG (1999)
Under consultancy of Edgar Krapp, the company Kuhn built a new organ for the main concert hall of the Hochschule für Musik und Theater in Munich. The old instrument, built by Steinmeyer in 1958/1959, was almost unusable. A restoration was not considered desirable, because the instrument no longer met modern ideas regarding an organ in such a location. The new organ was inaugurated on October 25, 1999. The Steinmeyer organ was sold to the parish of Weißenhorn.
