Het orgel in de kerk van Santo Domingo te Pollensa is in 1732 gebouwd door Luis Navarra, orgelmaker te Valencia. Het instrument werd in de negentiende eeuw gewijzigd, maar is in 1977 door Gerhard Grenzing gerestaureerd en teruggebracht in de oorspronkelijke staat.
